Welcome to the Krakatau Hash House Harriers:
Apa Kabar? The Krakatau Hash House Harriers – the only Hash with it’s own volcano – is a happy drinking club with a running problem. We came together in 1992 (Founded on 11/10/1992 by Doug Menere) and have been going strong ever since with ever increasing participation. We are a mixed hash and all are most welcome (even non-drinkers to some extent). We hash every third Saturday of the month at 15.00.
We are based at the Blue Moon Cafe in the township of Anyer on the west coast of the Island of Java, Indonesia – around 120 km or 2.5 hours drive west of Jakarta in a Honda Jazz – however we frequently run from other locations in the nearby verdant jungle, along the padi fields, on the sandy beaches and/or in the mountainous hinterland.
Free Bus to Hash leaves Apartmen Senopati, Jl Senopati, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan at precisely 11.00 on the third Saturday of the month and returns the same day. Call on-sec +62 812 8322 8808.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1st Panzers are leaving – after 3 years – more or less – of hashing at Krakatau, Bilge Balls, Petrified, Frank Farter and Dive Chicken and their children Crackpacker and Mick are seeking new running grounds across the globe. A sad sad day for Krakatau but we know that they will return.
The raid by the Blue Scope Team has also come to an end – Gay Sucker, Gobbling Knobrot, Jump Start Donkey, Slippery Rock ahhh the list goes on and on… have left us. I am sure that there is another small town somewhere in the world that they will be terrorizing – women will be ravished, beer will be drunk and no animal will be safe. Farewell guys – miss y’all!
